“First of all I thought offering this service was great, but the detailer was 1 hour and 45 minutes late I just can't believe being that late that I wouldn't of been offered a discount or something. I did receive a call at 10:15 that they were running a little late and that was untrue they didn't get here until 11:45. I would fire anyone who worked for me and was 1 hour and 45 minutes late. They did ok job but with getting the best package and starting at 11:50 and being done by 2:20 just doesn't seem possible. The individual was very scattered and I felt uncomfortable. I will not use this service again which is sad because I think it could be a great service if it had the right people doing it. ”

“The waxing was good - a few areas missed but I guess that is to be expected. However, I was disappointed in the interior cleaning. The windows were streaked and the solution they used to clean the seats left a very (still today) sticky feel to the leather. And of course, the carpet was wet, but I guess that is to be expected also. Although it wasn't listed as an option, it would have been nice to clean out the leaves that were under the hood and the trunk area. Also, I am not accusing anyone, but when finished the cap for the cigarette lighter was off and when I went to turn the car on, the battery was VERY low (I ended up taking it to Tires Plus to have them check my battery to be sure it was okay.) Otherwise okay. Not sure I would use this service again - especially for the price of $229 plus tax.”

“Was very unhappy. Appointment was for 8 am, he called said could we make it for 10am due to cold and frost, I said ok, it was not until 4pm that he started detailing van. Held me hostage all day waiting for him to show. Job looked fine in dark interuorwith lites to inspect,until I could see in daylight.exterior front I believe some marks and stains could have been eliminated if he had done job in the daylight. Interior back was not cleaned well.debris left in back.”
