“Most of the stains on the carpet did not come out, mats were not washed, the inside of the windows was no wiped down, I can see my daughters hand prints all over the windows still.
I understand the stains on the carpet may have been too hard to come out but there is no reason why the mats and windows shouldn't have been cleaned better.
Unfortunately it was dark when he finished and I was not able to see this and have him correct it right there and then.
He did a good job with my leather seats and the exterior of the car, so it was not all bad.

“The technician was running late but called me to schedule in hour later which fit into my schedule. He arrived accessed the interior situation and told me he would do his best. Two and half hours later I saw my car and was quite impressed he had obviously took extended care to remove the water stains fro my cloth seats. My car inside looked like the day I bought it five years ago. I will recommend your company to my friends.”
