“My car wasn't that dirty, I just wanted it spruced up and I had a gift certificate. I'm not saying the whole job was awful, but for $229, I don't expect the issues I got. I would also expect to get a response from customer service, which I have waited days for and did not get. 1. the touch screen in my car no longer works, I have to take it to get looked at 2. there are dead bugs in the crack where the windshield meets the dash 3. the windows, especially the back glass are smeared up 4. something he used on my windshield almost caused me to wreck multiple times last night because the glare, when a light hit it, was so bad that I could not see anything (it was dark and raining, so I don't know if it's an inside issue or outside, but I need to fix it ASAP).”
