“I would use less Armor All on the steering wheel the gas pedal and the brake pedal and also on the steps of vehicles if they have them they get way too slippery nearly killed myself getting out of my jeep. Windows and tires could have been clean more but overall my Jeep looks great”

Technician promised to get ALL PET HAIR OUT AND OF COURSE I GAVE HIM A LARGE TIP FOR THAT
I sent pictures to customer service so let’s see what happens with their customer service
I hope they are better than the people I already spoke with
They said I needed to pay more for pet removal then why did detailer say he would get it out

“I am beyond pissed off, I was supposed to get an interior detail on my husband's suv with shampoo and even paid and extra almost 50 dollars to get odor elimination and I come home today to his car STILL smelling disgusting...yes its clean but there was NO shampoo done and idk what form of odor elimination they used but it did not do one thing! This is the second time I have had issues with this company. ”
