“ Overall the completed job was excellent. The one call out I have is the tech showed up an hour and a half early. Normally isn't an issue but a courtesy call would've been nice. If he had been 15 minutes later I wouldn't had been home and not able to complete my schedule appointment. ”

“Good attention to detail for the most part but they missed some spots on the outside but it was also dark outside. Why you didn't get five stars is because the appointmant was supposed to be at 8:30 in the morning instead They didn't show up until 530 at night. Does that work in the dark in the Miss Americ does that work in the dark and they missed some areas. When I woke up in the morning in full night I saw lots of berries box that was never rubbed off three S. still in and they missed some areas. When I woke up in the morning I saw lots of areas that needed work. Wax left on the car Tree sap still on the hood etc. The interior was awesome. Jeff ”

“Car looks good. The wax looks pretty good but not great. Interior cleaning was very good too. Contractor was 15 minutes late (12-2 window) arriving st 215 without phoning or texting. I had actually left the house and then returned when I did gets phone call. ”

“Very impressed with the detailing work. Not impressed that my appointment was cancelled 3x. I recieved $20 off but really didnt feel that compensated me for the multiple inconveniences. 1x i understand things happen but to cancel 3x is poor service. Prob wont be back just take to a local detailer and leave it for the day”
