“Amazing job!! My cars were so sparkly clean!! My Ford F-150 looked better than the day I drove it off the lot.
My Jaguar F-Pace was perfectly waxed and every detail on the interior was cleaned and shiny. The seats were silky smooth and stain free.
Cannot recommend enough!”

“I was volunteering at the Chisholm Trail Outdoor Museum this Saturday and they have plenty of space on their property to get this job completed. The technician had an entire parking lot of space (he even had room to set up his canopy) and ample time to complete the detailing job. He started at 1030am and I told him that I didnt need my car until 3pm. He should have made sure my car was spotless before coming to get me to review his "completed" work. When I looked at what was supposed to be the completed job, I was appalled at what I saw. He did clean the floor mats a little bit but there were still spots of dirt in my car and he did not clean the glove compartment or the cup holders. The cup holders were the dirtiest part of my car and I had specified to him that they needed to be cleaned. My car was not that dirty to begin with so seeing how it looked after he says he's finished left me wondering what did he do with the time he said he was working on my car.
When he came to get me and we were driving back to the location on the property where my car had been detailed there was a vehicle and livestock animals blocking our path. He should have been patient and waited until the blockage was removed. Instead he decided to drive through a space on the border of the parking lot that is not usually accessible by vehicles. Someone got hurt.. This angered Museum management and they told him to leave and never come back. So my car was still not completed to my satisfaction.
I usually carry quite a bit of stuff in my car and it takes quite a bit of time for me to clean it out so that someone can do a service on it like detailing. The company wanted to send someone out to my car on a different day to complete the job that should have been completed in a space where there was ample space and time for the technician to complete the job. The museum had these qualities and is part of why I thought the museum would be the best place to complete the job. If the technician claims to not have had enough space at the museum he definitely would not have enough space at my house or work. Plus for the job to be completed on two different days I would have to clean out my car a 2nd time. Also if the work is completed at my house, my car would have to be outside in the driveway where there is a tree with birds that poop on the car if it's left outside very long at all. That's why I park my car in the garage as soon as I get home. Plus the owner of this property does not like people on his property. My original plan for the technician to complete the job at the museum before coming to get me and claiming the job was completed, which it was not would have worked out fine if the technician had completed the job before he came to get me. If he had, none of the other issues that occurred with this service would have occurred. In the future, for other customers, please complete the job correctly the first time! I had signed up for the ultimate detailing job and would have been happy to pay that had the job been completed correctly the first time. As it is now, I still had to pay for the basic detailing job and the work that should have been included in even the basic detailing job will not be completed! I'm an extremely unhappy former customer! When I hire professionals, I expect professional level service! I could have done a better job myself!
Also, if you care if your technicians are on drugs you might want to have the original technician tested. This is a recommendation from someone else who interacted with him at the museum, not me. But they suggested I mention it to you.
