“My service team arrived on time and spent a good amount of time here. When I went out to pay them I did notice a few things they missed. .I brought it to their attention and they sort of cleaned them. I don't feel that knit-picked but I did expect my wheels and tires to shine. They didn't clean the white lettering, just sprayed some stuff on them. It shined the black but did nothing for the dirty letters. Overall they did a fair job. ”

“The person you assigned was over committed for the day so he arrived several hours late. He assured me that the car would be dry by morning so I could drive it on a business trip. The car was not dry in the morning and the rugs were soaking wet so I had stand them up and they managed to try in a few days. There were also spray marks on the windshield. I would suggest reviewing your scheduling routine so this doesn't happen to other people.”
