“The guy was great but I requested for an appointment between 8am-10am and I was informed that someone will be there between 10am-11am. The crew arrived at 12:45pm and since I needed the car back by 2pm, they got very little time to complete the service. Instead of the package I selected, the crew downgraded it to a lower level to make up for the time lost.
They did a great job in cleaning but from a schedule perspective they definitely caused me grief.”

“ The service was good. All around thorough cleaning. I believe the price is too high for what you get through. 400$ for 2hrs worth of cleaning is very high. More time and detail should be spent for a 400$ platinum detail. ”
