The previous owners smoked quite a bit in the vehicle. An excellent rating, otherwise I would have given him a 5.0. You need to know he was kind enough to come back and do extra work to eliminate the smell of smoke in my vehicle at no extra charge. New rating 5.0. Unfortunately for you and your company, your website is not up to date and will not allow me to update my rating. In fact, when I went back to your site to update the review, it only asked me to purchase more products and services from you. I hope that you update the review or rating for Don because he truly deserve it, he worked his tail off. As far as your company desperately trying to get more services from me, poor taste on your part.”

“i left before they were done . It was ok, but my seats still had stains . my wife thought they forgot to do them. the floor still had hais on it. ”

“The retailers did fine on the sides and hood of the car but completely forgot to take care of the roof. I had to go to the auto parts store, buy stuff and finish what they started. Before he left I asked him if he did the roof and said "yeah". After he left I could tell the roof was not touched and was still in bad shape. I was very disappointed that he lied to me because he was in a hurry. Wish I could get my 15% tip back. ”
