“Normally the detail guys are extremely professional and great to work with but I was called away with an emergency of my mother having seizures and my son was trying to handle the situation and the guy was extremely uncooperative. Even though I had two appointments for two different cars he refused to substitute one car for the other until A manager intervened he made the day unfortunately more stressful for me and for my son”
