“The gentleman was almost an hour late and failed to do several of the items that were supposed to be included in the package (wiping door jambs kick plates trunk seal and area under trunk lid pretty sure a clay bar never touched the vehicle he completely missed cleaning inside of console and the ashtray compartment passenger door was completely missed when he wiped down with interior protectant ) On top of that I had to schedule this appointment three different times two due to weather (and I told the representative I did have a garage ) the third time because the technician was sick so I was given a 10% discount all in all all I got a half hearted interior clean and a wash and wax and tire shine on the exterior for the platinum package $170 so needless to say I will not be using this service again”
