“Was a bit disappointed when they were 1 hour later than I had originally been told. I wouldn’t have minded as much but it wasn’t until about 30 min after the original time I was notified of the delay.
I was also surprised a machine type thing was used on the Cadillac to put wax/ buffing on as I thought I was to receive hand waxed with the package I picked. It looked very nice but I prefer it all done by hand. ”

“The detailing was good, but left a mess in the drive and won't come back to clean it. I wanted my $20.00 tip back or drive cleaned. They won't do either!!!!!!!”

“The package says claybar and hand wax. Neither one was done. Don’t think the detail guy was even aware that either one was required. Other than that he did a good job. I tipped him personally. ”
