“Car was not washed(no water was used), not entirely clay barred, and not waxed as stated it would be in the Platinum Plan. Dirt was missed all over the exterior. Door jams were left dirty at the bottoms. The engine compartment was just sprayed with some oily sustance over the dirt to make things look black and shiny.(which is collecting more dirt). Windows were not clean. Debree still in cup holders and in-between seats! It was just a bad job all round and it cost $295! I did complain and got a refund of $100, but this wasn't worth more than the $15 car wash down at the gas station! I do not recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would!”
