“The two guys who showed up were very nice and I know they worked very hard. However, I mentioned twice when making the appointment that I was doing so because of a rotten hamburger smell in my car due to me spilling a tray of hamburger grease in the back seat. I told them about the smell, and you really can't miss it. But, it seems like they have a routine and just did the the same steps that they would normally do to clean the interior of a car thoroughly. It did smell better when they were done, but it was very temporary. By the time I got back to my car later that evening, it already had the hints of rotten meat again. And now I have to spray some odor removing spray every time I get in my car to prevent getting sick from the odor. So, the interiorior of my car is clean looking, but not clean smelling. I purchased the higher level interior cleaning, and I am somewhat disappointed that it still smells bad. ”

“Would have been 5 but originally scheduled for day before and car detailing never called to let me know that technician was running late...a easy common courtesy ....need to work on customer service”
