“He did a terrible job on the windows, they’re a mess. Everything that was in the car was sitting outside the car on the grass when he left. The mats were wet and it rained on everything he left outside the car. We had to clean the driveway because he left that a mess too. He took a $40 cash tip and then he altered my bill to take a $25 tip for himself off my credit card. For the amount of money that we paid to have this done this is ridiculous The car looks terrible. This is not the first time that we’ve had this done. We are a repeat customer. We are very unhappy.”

“Said it would be around 3 hours. He was here for maybe 1:30. Dirt still under wheel-well … spots still on trunk of car and bugs on windshield and hood. Did not wax/clean crome which is still very dirty. Had a car seat cleaned and when I lifted up fabric there was still food left (pretzel and fruit snack) ”

“Purchased Super Platinum package. After completion of service car was still dirty both inside and out. Sent pictures to support. No way was car waxed, exterior still had dirt on it, door jams were dirty…cup holders and interior compartments dirty, seats moldings dirty. Were places that a cloth never touched. ”
