“My technician was Kelly. She came to my home to complete my gold PKG detail. Kelly did an Excellent job on my car! She showed confidence and professionalism in her hard work in completing in a timely manner. I hope to have her return for more services done to my car. ”

“The car was nice and clean as if I went to my local car wash but not detailed. If I paid for a basic wash then this would be an awesome job. But nothing was deep cleaned. All the interior compartments (there's only 2) were not touched and left dirty. Also the front cup holder was slightly wiped but was still filthy. As a result I had to get some soap and a towel and scrub it myself. The seats were definitely not even slightly conditioned like stated. Seems like every thing was just wiped down. Also package states an engine bay wipe down but nothing was even touched and the sides of the hood were still filled with hand fulls of leaves. Also before booking I messaged and asked if gum can be removed from carpet and I was advised it can be but it wasn't even touched. Honestly, speaking I don't even think my car was clayed or waxed like stated in the package. I payed good money and didn't receive the service I was promised. I will never use this service again. ”

“Workers arrived almost an hour later than the time sent to me. The worker called to let me know 30 minutes after the sent time that he would be there in 15 but still took 30 instead. From first glance the car looks nice, but my boyfriend and I are still finding places in our cars that are dirty. I have had a cleaning service from this website before and it was phenomenal, but this was just a disappointment. ”
