“Overall a pretty good job. They didn't clean the sides of the tonneau cover, the supports and where it sits on the truck. They didn't clean under the hood of the Chrysler(it had it listed under the platinum package, I didn't mention it for the Chrysler, only the truck, I thought it was included and didn't know I had to ask for it) Other than that, the truck tires didn't seem to have enough armor all or shine to them so I had to add more. I had to leave before they finished and my wife didn't know to look, or else I'm sure they would have addressed these issues had I been there and asked. I would use them again and overall liked and appreciated their service”

“I was hoping that my car interior would look like new again but the driver area door fabric and middle console arm rest and driver seat remained stained when the cleaning/detailing was done. Also, the cargo area carpets remained stained when the cleaning/detailing was done. Also the carpets and seats were VERY wet when the service was done. I had hoped for a better water extraction. I am giving 3 stars because, despite the misgivings I have indicated here, the two service technicians were exceptionally polite, seemed trustworthy, clean cut, and professional. But I am not 100% satisfied with the end result and am not sure I would use this service again given what my results were.”

“My windows have smears and bug guts remaining, my side mirrors have water spots, there is wax not buffed out on my car, and bug guts in the front. My review mirror was untouched because the same spots have been on it for months. I feel like you just came out and washed my car( which I could have done) instead of really detailing. I needed detailing!!!”

“Eric was awesome, he did a great job detailing our car. My problem is with Best Detail, they specifically told me they would clean the beer spill with a hot water extractor, ie. Industrial grade carpet cleaner. But they just used a steam cleaner, now I have to pay more money for someone else to bring a hot water extractor machine. Disappointing. ”
