“Did not have proper equipment, actually had to tell him what the package included. Rims are not cleaned, car compartments not cleaned, used no hose to prewash the car. Carpets not shampoo. No uv protectant visible. I'm not a picky customer but overall just a bad experience. ”

“I regret not being able to tip the cleaner, but with the unexpected 100 charge for the cleaning (justified charge) I just didn't have the extra cash to do so. For this I apologize to the tech that worked hard. In the future I will schedule a cleaning for my wife's car (no mold I promise) and will be extra generous.”

“Basically all I got was a wax job. No brushes no power tools and your website ask if I have access to electric. Plenty of places I can wipe dirt off with my finger. Wheels were still filthy. I thought by the add I was getting a professional job. I could do lots better myself. ”
