“The inside and outside of the car look fantastic. Two small details as to why it wasn't 5 stars. First, when booking as part of the package it said the engine bay would be cleaned and it wasn't. I did it myself after but in doing so got some of the dirt back on the outside. Normally not a huge deal, but for a 500 dollar service it was a little let down. Second is much more minor, but when the doors are opened some of the areas that don't show when they're closed weren't fully cleaned. These were missed at inspection as both the hood and doors were closed. All and all satisfied, but for that much money was hoping for every detail to be perfect. ”
