“Items removed from the vehicle were left outside: ice scrapper, binder, fire extinguisher, manhole cover tool, and all mats. He told me the mats had been left out to dry, but I couldn't find them. I assumed someone else had picked them up and put them in the car. However someone else had parked over everything and it was left out for more than a week until discovered. A couple of the mats are dirtier then when they were taken out. Also the cleaning did not resolve the odor issue. City Fleet finally located a mouse nest behind the glove box that was causing the problem.”
