“My service was scheduled for Friday 9/1 between 8-11 AM, but no one showed up and no one called or texted to reschedule. On Wednesday 9/6 I received a text asking me how my service was and if I wanted to leave a tip! I’m just glad I didn’t pay in advance or give them my credit card information!”
