“The job wasn’t finished, only vacuumed the inside with the one stain I asked removed. I had to argue with the “boss” for 30 mins because the detailer didn’t speak english well and misheard me saying not to detail the outside. I refused to pay the premium offered for half the job and wanted the complete detail done. It was bad enough the detailer showed up 3 hours late. The $110 price was agreed on after arguing in the heat. This was all very unprofessional and never again.”

“Overall car was clean, interior nicely, washed, vacuumed, polished. My only complaint is that the wax was not polished and shiney. There were several areas where the wax was not wiped off. It was white and patchy.”
