“At first I was just happy to have a clean car but when I looked closely I saw some issues. I'm not positive but I think the ceiling (headliner) was supposed to be spot cleaned and nothing was done there. The glove box was emptied but not cleaned. The inside of pockets on the back of the seats still had pet hair at the bottoms, and spray from the dash had splashed up on the windsheild.. These may seem minor but $259 is a lot of money to pay to have your car detailed and I wouldn't have sent an email unless you asked for a reveiw. The gentleman was extremely nice and I feel awful for complaining. Perhaps he spent all his time of the carpets and seats. If that is the case than I understand there was a time limit but he didn't mention that the time limit ran out. Overall I love that I have a clean car but I feel like perhaps I could have gotten the samed service with a lower plan.”
