“Wonderful job. Looks like I just drive off the lot.”

“The person I got, didn't seem to do a good job, the trunk carpet didn't even looked vacuumed, the seats in between the seat and rest was dirty, still spots on cuoholder and wipe down wasn't good, still left dirt. He missed shampooing a section of the car. So those are the things you could have did better. I wish I would have noticed it sooner before tipping what I did for the service. I do not think I will use them again. They were on time and came earlier than what the appointment was so that was a plus, but disappointed for the service since it was interior only and it was my first time getting my car detailed. ”

“The technician did an extremely poor job. He didn’t shampoo half my backseat, my rims look like garbage. He did not wax vehicle. There’s still stains on the interior and exterior that for a $295 package should’ve certainly been taken care of, this detail is more in the $75-100 range at best. And he marked that I don’t pay the $16 cash difference. I was working, and couldn’t take a break during that time but if he had looked in my center console, which he was supposed to clean, he would’ve seen the cash plus cash tip, but I guess he didn’t want that. And I certainly won’t be leaving a tip here because he did a shitty job. I’m not happy at all with this service and I I feel like l got ripped off. I’m looking at my windshield right now and it does not appear that clean inside of my windshield. I’m extremely unhappy, will not use again. I’d like a refund or for a real car detailing tech to come do the job but I don’t know how that works. I took photos when I went Outside to look at it and I’m happy to upload those or send those to somebody at your company so you can see the poor job that he did. I also wonder if I would’ve gotten a better job done if he had seen the tip I left for him in a console because there were 16 in cash and then $100 in an envelope, but shame on him because it listed that the consoles would be cleaned and they surely were not. ”
