“Unfortunately, the detailer did not know what the charge was, I had to guess, and, ultimately overpaid :-( He asked to be paid through PayPal, so , I sent the tip separately. He was tipped $50 over the amount that I paid for the detailing service. TBH, I am not impressed with the fact that the technicians show up without any proof that they are employed by your company. It makes me a bit nervous. The job was performed really well, the car looks great, but, I am not happy that I overpaid. I am also not happy that the tip was not mentioned.”
