“Better communication of when the techs would arrive. You confirmed a 2 pm arrival. Techs did not show up until almost 5 pm. Only time I got an update was when I called and even then you indicated they wouldn't arrive until 3:45 pm. Then when they got here, it seemed like they rushed and only took an hour and a half to do a 4 hour job. Paid for a titanium service that may be only a gold at best. I still paid the tech as I don't believe it is their fault for poor customer service.”
