“The tech did a great job after two times returning to finish everything he didn't do the first time. I purchased the premium package, but the seats were not cleaned or protected, the engine bay not touched, still dirty areas in the door and trunk jams. On top of all that he didn't even wax the car which is the main reason I booked the service. On the second visit he did wax the car but still didn't clean and protect anything. I never met the technician to inspect the work either time. Customer service refused to take off the items that weren't completed satisfactorily. They also automatically charged my card without my authorization after I called Customer service the second or third time. They did offer a discount on my next service, but there will be no next time. If I had checked Google reviews instead of the ones on the website, I wouldn't have booked the first time. ”

“The drips on the windshield are not gone. They are just lighter. This was a return visit to get things right from the first visit that went wrong. I think you need to send someone out here to fix my new windshield that has been newly tinted. I want a response quickly. ”
