The company seemed to struggle with supplying him with the "this is my dogs car' statement so he did not have the pet equipment (kinda the reason for the detail). They called and tried to find solutions and then, nothing. I had to call and leave a message to find out when the internal could be scheduled. ”

The vehicles are clean and look much better than before, but it looks like the technician threw trash and other items from inside the vehicles on the ground around the vehicles. ”
