“Paid for silver package; when I picked the vehicle up, the inside of the vehicle had not been touched, rims were still covered in brake dust and road grime, the spray wax had not been applied, and the windows had water stains. I pointed out the inside to the technician, who was happy to take care of everything for me at first. However, to my dismay, they quickly ran over everything that was missed. The back floorboard still has loose dirt resting on top, the rims still had brake dust and grime, and outside surface had multiple spots that were missed. I continued to point these items out, however I was told they still had several vehicles to finish that evening and they could no longer work on mine. Overall, the technicians were friendly, and at least one showed an interest in spending the necessary time to do a superb job on the vehicle, however it appeared they had way too many vehicles in line, and not enough people to cover the work, therefore leaving them to rush through their job”
