“Angel was very nice and the car looked great. The reason this was not a 5 is because I don't believe the hand wax on exterior was done. I saw them wash the car, detail the interior, clean the rugs but did not see the hand wax. I would have noticed them waxing the sides or top. I mentioned that to Angel and he said it was done. The hood did not look waxed. Anyway I took Angel at his word and am pleased with how clean the car is. It was dirty. Sincerely, Arla Norton. P.s. it might be a good idea for the workers to have a listing of what each service includes so they can check off each process. It can't be easy for them to remember what each package includes.”

“He never came back to finish. Had a spray bottle and rag, no water soap or wax. My white rv turned yellow and started oxidizing after a week with black specks. I tried to contact him he said he'd be back from day one because he had some better stuff that would get rid of the smudges, but never did. Contacted him again, no response. I paid 500.00 got no receipt. He's young, has some growing up to do. ”
