“The car was perfect, yet I saw some overspray on the windshield and window but I called and left a message for someone to call back but never received a follow up call. That is the only reason I'm giving a 4.5. As for the technician he was great, and the overspray couldn't be seen until I drove into the sun, so he deserves a 5. ”

“Our entire dashboard display is messed up. The airbag light is on, and a bunch of other lights are on. The car is coming off of a lease and we are likely going to be charged for this. The service itself was great, but I am very unhappy about this situation ”
