“They did a fabulous job on the interior of my car, however when I initially booked the appointment, for Sunday from 12pm-2pm I continued to receive text updates that they were running late. I finally decided to call around 3pm and they told me they were 2 hours away!! I had things to do, so I rescheduled it for the next day. They were still 45 mins late. Great service but not reliable whatsoever. I will not be using this service in the future. ”

“I had your crew out yesterday to detail my car, I got the best package you had to offer, when I made the appointment on line I expressed that I had grease in my car that needed to be extracted....assuming that if you couldn't handle the job you would have let me know, as I was honest with my request as to what needed done. They arrived, could barley speak English, resulting in us not being able to communicate well, I could not get them to understand the importance of getting the oil out of the carpet. They never used steam on the inside of my car, they used AIR,, they only brought out the steamer once I said that the seat was covered in grease, they never touched the seat that was out of the car, even though I clearly stated via text that it was in the garage and would have to be cleaned outside the vehicle. They used no clay bar on my car, just wax, they cleaned all the carpet with a spray and a shop vac, no shampooing took place, ”
