“Exterior plastic was not dressed, engine wasn't wiped down or even opened, trunk area paint was not washed polished or opened, interior door paint not even wiped down. This was a piss poor job and absolutely not worth the $300. Did I get what I paid for? Was my car sealed like I asked? I shouldn't have to ask these questions. I am not a satisfied customer and will be reflecting such on other reviews. ”

“We had xzylon paint protection applied to our vehicle. We had water spots throughout the vehicle and contacted the xzylon warranty department and filed a claim. Xzylon arranged to have a mobile technician come to our home to have the vehicle detailed. When the technician arrived at our home, He had an attitude. As soon as he arrived, He states, “You must have had something really wrong with your vehicle because I usually do not drive 75 miles for Xzylon claims. Once he inspected the vehicle, he states that he will only work on half the vehicle and refused to wash the vehicle before starting the detailing process. Although he was upset with the commute, we were very understanding and worked with him. When the technician finished detailing the vehicle, we inspected the vehicle and showed him some spots which we felt were not done properly. He refused to listen to our concerns and stated that this is the best he can do. We had to take the vehicle back to the dealer and have it redone.”
