“Unfortunately, now that the car is dry and the smell of cleaning products has subsided, my car STILL smells like vomit. This prompted me to take a closer look and there are still visible affected areas. I did specifically point out these areas to the technician BEFORE the cleaning and therefore did not think I had to closely inspect these areas. I really would like for these areas to be cleaned again, since my car is only 5 months old and I don’t want long-term damage to it. That was what prompted me to have it professionally cleaned in the first place. Pretty disappointed. ”

“I sent an email earlier - the windows, which I paid extra to have done with the RainX, are smeared. They are so dirty, it's dangerous to drive at night. I'd like to hear back from you on recompense, or for you to schedule the tech to come back and do them right. ALL of them are smeared - as if the rag he used on the windows, he first used to apply tire treatment.”
