“wanted the headlights buffed but he said I needed to tell them that prior to ordering the detail. The headliner in the moonroof is still dirty and I had to ask him after he finished to re- clean some areas. I even had to clean the rims myself. I paid 226 with tax and I stated in the online order that I needed it to be cleaned like a car on a car lot because I'm trying to sell it. I am not a detail professional but I do know when something is still dirty. Unfortunately I cannot recommend your com”

“Carpets left soaking wet. Third row seating indentions full of water. Inside of back windows left with water marks and streaking. Lift up and drop down rear gates not cleaned in access area where hinges are. Had to remind to raise and wipe under hood”
