“5, wasn't on time and that won't happen again I'm sure. Following up with a call warning me that two of the cars tires were dangerous in my opinion made the experience a 6. My employer, the owner of the cars serviced would give it a 10 as it is a car driven by his wife daily. Thank you.”

“He arrived a little late but threw in a free carwash. Did a great job on the interior and the wife was super happy with her "brand new" car. I didn't think all the dog hair would come out but he did great.”

“3.5. they were 1.5 plus hours late due to a tire issue.. They called to tell me this and I appreciate that. But I do believe they hurried due to their compromised schedule. There were some areas on the inside back window corners that were missed. I also believe there were spots that if worked at, could have been taken care of. Overall, it was a decent job, carpets looked great, I still feel the outside was a bit rushed. Lots of details on a GT CS Mustang Convertible. Could have taken more care to walk around like an owner does. Also, my husband noticed sand in the driveway which leads to believe a chemical was spilt in the process of cleaning. They were in a hurry.”
