“They arrived over 30 minutes late, sat in the car talking on the phone when arrived for about 5-10 minutes , did not clean the middle compartment and the interior windows were dirty after they claimed they cleaned them, I checked the trunk and it was dirty so when asked they checked the list and realized they needed too and then cleaned it , door jams were still dirty and when asked they said that they don’t think it’s part of interior cleaning package. Nice guys, but they were very unprofessional and did not know what they needed to do. I saw good reviews for this company of services and I was highly disappointed and honestly felt like a waste of money. ”

“Technician decided he wasn’t going to do the claybar and wax because it was about to rain and, according to him, it needed the sun to dry. Ha! Okay. That’s a new excuse. And yes, I do have a covered garage where he did the work, so it was not about not wanting to get wet. He didn’t adequately dress the interior, until I had to expressly ask that he do it, even though it’s part of the Gold package I purchased. Then cardetailing.com refunded only $40, even though the claybar and wax is probably at least half of the labor involved in the package. I really wanted to like cardetailing.com, but I’m afraid I just keep getting guys that don’t do all the services that are included in each package. This isn’t the first time, it has happened before. Oh, and to add insult to injury, the tech apparently bought a vacuum cleaner right before he came and left both the receipt and the box on my driveway for me to pick up.”

“The most horrific part of it that my seats were wet and full of soap when I sat on it. They aren’t from leather. I’m not sure I will be able to get read of it because it smells like someone just died in my car. Some dust is left and all leather parts of interior is oily. I regret every cent I paid. ”
