“Platinum package completed in 1:20 hours with 2 technicians. This level of detailing should at least take 2 hours. Car looks like a regular wash job with spray wash, wheels not thoroughly cleaned as expected for a Platinum package. Concerned that paid for Platinum and received regular quality. Will suggest to my network that if paying for premium service, to ensure they supervise the work so they get what they paid for. I’m a regular customer and this is the first service I receive of this quality.”

“ Only reason I gave it to an a half stars is because they were prompt on their time and that main technician was a really nice guy. The overall quality of the detail was so so. The wash and rims look great! The problem I have is that they didn’t clean the inside of the windows, multiple wax spots left all over the vehicle No I don’t believe he shampooed the carpet’s. For $189 I think I’ll try somewhere else next time”
