“Excellent job! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was that I had asked not to have a strong- smelling conditioner put on the leather, but it seemed very strong to me, and came off a little on my hands when I rubbed it. ”

“When arrived the person who worked on car sat in his vehicle for at least 45 min... I asked if all good and said he was eating. I ended up waiting outside on the stairs of a business for 45 min waiting for him to finish. Just would have thought that he would have done that before arriving. Other than that he did a good job!”
