Right off Kerry advised me there was Nothing he could really Do as the damage had gone through the clear coat, which I've ben told was done by JBdetailing on the FIRST service last year. [Over use of an electric buffer].
I'd like to know how Xzillon will remedy this problem.”

“Service man was nice an polite. Due to it raining, after wash and ClayBar, he brought it inside to finish the wax.
After I paid and he left I took it out and notice a lot of Haze still on the car. It took me about 40 minutes to get it wiped out.
I would use this guy again, but would warn of the issues.
I pay to have it clean, not to actually buff it myself. I will admit he had no sun to work with and he may not have seen what he left behind.
4.5 is a high score considering how much I had to buff.”
