“The first technician that arrived looked like he did not want to be there or at any job. He certainly did not seem interested in detailing my car. As for the advertised services I purchased with the super interior package, several were never completed. My seat belts were never cleaned, my headliner was never spot cleaned, they didn't even clean my rear view mirror. As for paying $220.00, not $219.00, doesn't seem like a big deal but after the service I thought adding the extra dollar was an insult, for "detailing" I feel I got a less than average interior clean. I did not expect miracles because the vehicle is an earlier model with signs of wear and tear. However I did expect the cracks, crevices and nooks and crannies to be cleaned. After all, is that not the "detail" in detailing a car. One more note, when a 2nd technician did arrive, he was the owner of sub contractor that was assigned my vehicle, he decided it was Ok to park in my front yard. Also never did a dbl shampoo.”
