“The detailer didn't use a clay bar, he said he thought I had the package below Platinum which he claimed didn't get clay bar . Wrong! When questioned he said he never used and doesn't have a clay bar. Said `someone told about detail spray so he used that. However he did stay longer to correct the problem using the detail spray and a rough applicator, The windows were done with what I think was the same cloth used to buff the wax, and I needed to wash them all over again. The carpets and seats were shampooed nicely.”
