“I delayed posting this review as the procedure required getting the carpet and upholstery really wet. As it was drying out it started to show two good sized areas of the stain returning. As I feared would happen. Would like a corrective re-do. Noted a place with pine needles and leaves also.”

“Elma was 30 minutes late. He did a great job on my Volvo, but dropped the ball a bunch on my Nissan. I gave him a tip because he seemed to work very hard on the Volvo, but when I just got into my Nissan, there are coffee drips on the driver's side door panel, streaks on the windshield, parts of the floors left unvacuumed, cup holders with residue, console with residue, stereo with cloudy residue, etc. I am not happy with the Nissan. Not to mention, I was told the service would take about 30 minutes, depending on the amount of technicians. He was the only one that showed! He worked hard on the Volvo, but by the time he got to the Nissan, it was pretty much dark, and he was exhausted! My vehicles sat idle on my driveway, for more than four hours! Not happy....”

“All in all I was pretty happy. Came on short notice and removed 99% of the sap. There was a few streaks on the glass and some on the car but nothing too serious. Especially considering there was a lot of sap. Would def use the service again I thought 200$ was a little steep but that's life. ”
