“My appointment was for the 10/12 am window, they arrived at 2.30 after a phone call saying they had a flat tire. I was charged $128 and they were here less than an hour. Didn't question the price .

I paid for pet hair removal and odor removal and my car still reeks of both.
There was trash left in the trunk.
My vents were not cleaned.
My seat belts weren't clean.
My compartment under the radio was definitely not cleaned.
I did not see any signs of UV protector.
Overall I am very DISSATISFIED!”
