“I am not happy with the service. The front windshield was not cleaned. I can write my name in the dust. The area around the hand break area between the two front seats was only partially cleaned. I placed a new steering wheel cover in the car. The cleaner could put it on or not, either was fine. However, he did decide to put the wheel cover on - OVER the old one that was cracked and split leather. NOW the new one is streched out and does not fit the wheel - I took it off and the old one off. But I still get to buy a new wheel cover.
The rest of the cleaning was fine.
I would not reccomend your service. I was disappointed to have spent $139 for the cleaning and now buy another wheel cover.

“Good job overall. However, they didn't do the cupholders and the interior windows, which are clearly advertised as part of the package. Also, the bottom compartments underneath the carpet got completely ignored. Then they put the rubber floor mats on top of the wet carpet so the carpet could not dry out. For a steep price as $239 I should not have to put 1.5 hours in by myself to finish the job.
On a side note, they had difficulties to find my place because they don't use navigation. In this day and age, every kid knows how to use google maps.”

“The tech did a low quality job asking me to tell him what he missed. (Not right) . My agreement said windows would be cleaned inside and out. He said that was not part of his job but would do it if I wanted. (Never mind). The aluminum wheels were spotted and no dressing on the tires. I will do it myself next time..”

“I didn’t watch the guy do my car but I questioned him if he clay bar the car then wax he stated yes but I don’t believe it was done. Two reasons why I believe it wasn’t done, it only took him an hour and 20 minuets, two is if you run your hand over my car you can tell it was not done because of the ruff feeling on paint. The surface should had been real smooth. I have a recording camera out front I will have to view it. Now I am wondering why he wanted me to keep car in the street as I was going to put in driveway. It cost me $140 plus $20 tip and I believe I got ripped. Last time I had two guys from your company and they worked on same car and spent 2 1/2 hours this guy states he did all in an hour and 20 minuets. I will talk to my neighbors as they were out there and I will check my camera, but I can tell you now the clay bar was never done just by feeling the surface of paint.”
