“The technician was a nice guy. However, he showed up 30 mins. beyond the appt window and took 2 hours and 40 mins to detail the car [causing me to miss an important meeting]. Later, I found that he had missed some minor things [dirt in the cup holders and side pockets, etc...]. I didn't tip him because of the missed appt [I tip almost 100% of the time]”

“Fernando showed up well within the appointment window and did an amazing job on my car. I booked the appointment in advance of returning my leased car and really needed to get the dog hair and stains removed from my dark seats. He took about 3.5 hours and not one dog hair could be found. The outside looks like glass. I am very happy with the quality of work and time he put into the job! Thank you, Fernando!!”

“I’m not happy with the service !! The car is not completely clean it has dirty spots and some product residue. I had service before at the same address different vehicle a few weeks ago and those guys were great. Not happy with this guys at all.”
