“The tech that cleaned out the vehicle did a nice job cleaning it. BUT I wasn't told that he would leave behind all of his garbage. including the mouse nests, gloves, hep filter mask, dirty cleaning rags and obviously destroyed "paper goods" like wrappers mixed into the mouse nests, etc. I also didn't realize said garbage would be left for me to clean up in one of my laundry baskets that I had left outside after using it for another task! It was also shocking to see what was used to clean up the mold wasn't a biological agent that would prevent regrowth but common Chlorox Bleach spray..I know this because the bottle was also left for me to clean up. If you are going to charge the amount you do, $440 + tax, one would think the tech would clean up after themselves, bag and cart away the mess! AND I tipped the guy! I didn't know he was going to leave that mess for me)So. I'll be donning my long sleeved sweats, mask, gloves to throw out the mess and basket. I'm allergic. Lovely”
