“I paid almost 300 dollars to have my car done and the smoke smell removed with an ozone machine. Which the kid who showed up at my house said he did twice. Well to my knowledge you are supposed to run a vehicle in this process, and he never once asked for my keys????? My neighbor saw the car yesterday and I asked him if it still smelled like cigarettes and I agree it still does very much!!!!! I am beyond disappointed for 300 dollars I should have gotten much more. My car is small has 2 seats very little carpet area but this job was done so badly!!!! I plan in addressing my disappointment with a follow up call because I want a refund!!!!!!!!!! I dont smoke I purchased the car this way. Also the guy showed up at my house at almost 6pm fpr a job that was slated between 2p-5p. Lousey job!!!!!! Disappointed beyond believe!!!!!! I'd give a big fat ZERO but that's not an option!!!! BUYER BEWARE AND WATCH THESE GUYS DETAILING AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE DOING THAT ????????”
