“I was booked and confirmed for a 8-11:00 appointment. At 10:00 tech claimed he was on his way. At 11:00 he called to reschedule for a 2-4:00 at 3:30 got texted claiming he would be there by 3:45. At 5:00 tech finally arrived. Was not happy waiting all day ............ will never use company again for that reason. Peoples time is very valuable. You waisted mine. ”
