“I purchased this service for my daughter's birthday and anticipated an outstanding detailing, in light of the $209.00 fee and your advertisement for the Platinum package.
Following are her comments:
"Good morning! Well it looks better but not as good as I was hoping. A lot of the stains are still on the seats and there's this gummy stuff on the outside that's been there for awhile and they didn't get it off. I do not think it was as good as the other guy. It seems like they just vacuumed and didn't shampoo the interior."
The "other guy" referred to is an independent detainer who moved out of the state. His price was $125.00 and I was expecting more professionalism from your Company, not worse.

“Technician (Age?Arch?) was totally unprofessional (called me sweet heart?!?!?), and was very umproper on the phone. The detail was very poor and unsatisfying (he did first polish the leather seat and THEN VACCUM IT???!!!...car is stick and doenst look.clean at all! Very, very bad first experience! Jennifer on costumer service was very good, tough...something was good!”
